About Us
We are a fellowship who loves Jesus, first and foremost. Knowing Him is our chief goal. In response to knowing Jesus, we want to be diligent in taking care of His people.
Jesus said, “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit.” As a community of believers, we strive for a deep and intimate relationship with Christ.
We offer Sunday morning services at 9:00 am and 11:00 am where we go through a book of the Bible in the New Testament. On Wednesday evenings, we go through a book of the Old Testament. All of our corporate services begin with worship in song, in praise and adoration of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Calvary Chapel of Norman has been formed in the fellowship of believers in the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Our supreme desire is to know Christ and be conformed in His image by the power of the Holy Spirit. We are not a denominational church, but we are not opposed to denominations, as such; only their over-emphasis of the doctrinal differences that have led to the division of the Body of Christ.
We believe the only true basis of Christian fellowship is Christ's agape love, which is greater than any differences we posses and without which we have no right to claim ourselves Christians.
So, we invite you to come join us. Our desire is to give God the Glory!
